About the Client

Our client is an international company developing innovative solutions in crypto payments and fintech. They specialise in high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, crypto merchants), offering secure and efficient payment tools. The team consists of experts in payments, compliance, and technology, and their products help businesses scale globally.

Role Overview

As an SDR / Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in business development by identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients. Your work will directly impact sales growth and the expansion of the company’s partner network.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation via cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Qualifying potential clients (PSPs, merchants, iGaming/FX platforms).
• Managing CRM (database updates, status tracking, reporting).
• Contributing to lead generation strategies and A/B testing outreach approaches.
• Preparing materials for initial meetings (presentations, case studies).
• Conducting market and competitor research to refine lead acquisition tactics.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or lead generation (1+ years, preferably in fintech/crypto).
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and cold outreach techniques.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Written English (minimum B2 level), and Ukrainian or Russian (Fluent B2-C2)
• Analytical mindset: ability to work with metrics (conversion rates, response rates).
