RRP Digital Retention Specialist, Azerbaijan
Are you passionate about driving consumer engagement, reducing churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value - CLTV?
Join our Digital Marketing team as a RRP Digital Retention Specialist, where you will play a critical role in implementing targeted retention programs and loyalty initiatives aligned with the RRP retention strategy. This role is key to delivering seamless consumer experiences and driving sustained brand loyalty through data-driven personalization.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics).2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, consumer retention, consumer activations or loyalty programs (FMCG, Digital, or E-commers sectors preferred).Experience with Digital Marketing channels and platforms (Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM systems, Analytics tools);Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or Power BI.Deep understanding of retention metrics (churn rate, CLTV, purchase frequency)Ability to design, execute, and optimize omnichannel campaigns (email, web, app, social media).Experience in A/B testing, email deliverability, campaign targeting, visual content testing, and performance evaluation.Fluent English, Azeri. Russian – to be advantage;Strong strategic thinking & project management skills;Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and translate insights into strategic actions.
