Executive Assistant
What this role is about?
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager & Management Team, ensuring efficient daily operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will handle scheduling, communication, reporting, and coordination to support business objectives.
What will you do?
Coordinate weekly management team meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate recording of minutes. Support the management team with briefing materials and presentationsManage the GM’s calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting arrangementsCoordinate business visits, including logistics, scheduling, and hospitality arrangementsPrepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting agendasHandling the settlement of Management Team expenses with the accounting departmentSupport GM with scheduling appointments, internal meetings and conference callsSupport the management team in key projects, initiatives, and cross-functional activitiesWhat are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative roleProficient in English & ArabicProficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools. Excellent presentation skills, particularly in PowerPointStrong organizational abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsApproaches challenges creativelyAbility to multitask and work under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhat to expect:
