Experienced with 3+ years in business analysis within the IT domainSkilled in collecting and structuring business requirementsAdept at analyzing and documenting business processesStrong in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solvingComfortable with deep diving into product and domain specificsConfident in working both independently and as part of a distributed teamSuccessful in collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyUnrivalled in conducting demos and knowledge-transfer sessions for stakeholdersConfident in maintaining business communication with clients in English

AND YOU WANT TO

Gather requirements and drive the analysis, design, and development of the solutionSuggest design options and improvements for the "to be" state of the required solutionSpecify, verify, and validate functional and non-functional requirementsAlign the client and project team with a common understanding of the requirementsDocument and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycleNegotiate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignmentExplain the business context of the solution to the development team and other relevant stakeholdersDefine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring the development team has all the necessary information
