To our team, we are looking for:

TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for partners, customers, and employees, focusing on products, services, and essential technical skillsContinuously develop your subject-matter expertise through research of products, technologies, and related systemsCreate, update, and manage training materials such as presentations, guides, simulators, and practical exercises to support effective knowledge transferCooperate with Field Team and Training Coordinators to identify learning needs, plan training schedules, manage registrations, and ensure smooth administrative processesDeliver trainings at John Deere Training Centers and partner locations across Ukraine and other countries in the region; willingness to travel up to 20% of working time

Required Qualifications:

University degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical fieldTechnical and/or agricultural backgroundBasic understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, and electronicsStrong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skillsProficiency in English (written and spoken) - required to deliver training and communicate effectively with partners across different marketsWillingness and ability to travel (up to 20%)Valid driver’s license
