We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Procurement Finance Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team.

With you we will:

• Act as the first level of support for any procurement requests within scope: SAP, EasyBuy, Easy Request, PR/PO creation, Shipment Creation, PO closure, Procurement approvals, technical questions.
• Parked/Blocked Invoices proceeding
• Reporting related to activities
• Perform and support related KPIs and dashboards
• Facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business: ensuring root cause analysis of mistakes identified, driving processes standardization and simplification, support automation
• Prepare and conduct trainings/learning materials for Operational Buyers/Requestors on markets regarding operational topics, new tools, global initiatives etc.
• Handle escalated issues and complaints from the Market and provide analysis/resolution

Key requirements:

• An experienced professional in analytics
• Solid expertise in procurement at least 1 year
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP
• A professional with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
• A professional with customer-first mindset
• Attentive to details
• Confident in English on at least Upper- intermediate level
