UAB Kordula is a dynamically developing manufacturing company specializing in nicotine pouches/strips. We are expanding our production capabilities in Vilnius and looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely purchase and delivery of materials to guarantee uninterrupted production.
Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and place orders in advance.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers (Lithuania, Europe, China) and resolve any issues regarding quality or delivery terms.
Search for new suppliers and alternative materials globally (experience with Chinese markets is a huge advantage).
Handle invoices, contracts, and internal reporting in ERP/Excel systems.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain logistics.
Languages:
Lithuanian: Fluent (Required for local documentation).
English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher (Crucial for international communication).
Russian: Conversational/Working level (Strong advantage for logistics communication).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general computer literacy.
Negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems independently (e.g., handling supplier delays or quality disputes).
