Full time / 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Content Strategy to join our Marketing team at HCA Healthcare UK, where you’ll lead the direction and delivery of our content strategy.

As a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, you’ll shape the narratives that define who we are: developing high-level messaging frameworks, guiding multi-channel content planning, and producing compelling, high-quality copy yourself when needed. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to influence decision-making, translate complex briefs into clear strategic plans, and ensure our content consistently reflects our values, our purpose and our commitment to exceptional patient care.
You will lead and develop a high performing content team, setting consistency, creativity and excellence across all digital and traditional channels. What you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership

7+ years’ experience in content strategy, content marketing or editorial management.Proven leadership experience, including developing direct reports and managing managers.Demonstrable experience in delivering multi‑channel content strategies at scale.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong strategic and critical-thinking ability.Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across functions.Strong project management and organisational skills within a fast-paced environment.‑management and organisational skills within a fast‑paced environment.Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics and compliance—ideally within healthcare.Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (professional marketing qualification desirable).Why HCA UK?
