IF YOU ARE

Experienced as an Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of commercial practice in data or analytics engineeringSkilled in Python for data processing, scripting, and automation tasksProficient in advanced SQL, including CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and stored proceduresAccustomed to cloud data warehouses: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure SynapseVersed in working with GCP or another public cloud provider, with a clear understanding of cloud-based data platformsFamiliar with ETL/ELT frameworks and orchestration tools like Airflow, dbt, Dataflow, or custom Python pipelinesKnowledgeable in data validation, data profiling, and data quality assurance practicesConfident in collaborating with BI teams and supporting reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or LookerAware of data modeling principles, including star and snowflake schemas, data marts, and semantic layersCapable of working in distributed Agile teams across multiple time zones and communicating effectively in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Design, implement, and optimize ELT pipelines to migrate and transform data into a cloud-based analytics environmentRe-engineer and validate legacy SQL logic to ensure consistency and accuracy across modernized data platformsDevelop data models and transformation layers to support BI reporting and dashboardingAutomate data workflows and repeatable processes using Python and orchestration toolsPerform data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure accuracy after migrationCollaborate closely with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to support reporting needsWork with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure secure and efficient data pipeline deploymentsContribute to documentation, internal standards, and continuous improvement of data migration and modeling practices
