Ціль ролі: розвивати фінансові сервіси Nova — COD, платежі, перекази, страхування, внутрішні фінансові послуги — для збільшення доходу, підвищення конверсії та створення швидкого, зручного й безпечного фінансового досвіду для клієнтів в Україні та у країнах присутності Nova Post.

Основні обов’язки:
Формувати продуктове бачення, стратегію та roadmap фінансових сервісів.Керувати командою продакт менеджерів відповідальних за фінансові сервіси.Розвивати продукти: післяплата (COD), міжнародний COD, платежі, фінансові сервіси у мобільному застосунку, на сайті та у відділеннях.Аналізувати та покращувати продуктову економіку: комісії, тарифи, дохідність, ризики.Забезпечувати відповідність продуктів фінансовим, юридичним та регуляторним вимогам.Оптимізувати процеси фінансових операцій: швидкість обробки, точність, SLA.Розвивати партнества з банками, фінансовими установами, страховими партнерами.Працювати зі стейкхолдерами: Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations.Запускати A/B-тести, дослідження, UX-покращення для фінансових сценаріїв.Вести звітність, метрики, KPI та презентувати результати керівництву.
Вимоги до кандидата:
4+ роки досвіду у Product Management / FinTech / Payments / Digital Banking.Глибоке розуміння фінансових сервісів: COD, платежі, комісії, трансакційна логіка.Досвід роботи з фінрегуляцією, юридичними вимогами, фінансовими ризиками.Вміння працювати з даними, побудовою фінансових моделей та аналітикою.Сильний досвід роботи зі стейкхолдерами й уміння презентувати рішення.Досвід керування продуктовою або крос-функціональною командою.Розуміння технічних інтеграцій, API, білінгових систем.Досвід запуску фінансових продуктів у міжнародних проєктах.Знання рішень PSD2, KYC, antifraud, платіжної інфраструктури.Досвід роботи з мобільними фінансовими сервісами.Розуміння продуктової економіки, LTV, маржинальності.
