Ціль ролі: створювати та запускати нові нелогістичні продукти й сервісні рішення для збільшення доходу Nova, такі як - рекламні продукти, монетизація трафіку у відділеннях, додаткові послуги для клієнтів, партнерські ініціативи, нові бізнес-моделі та B2C/B2B сервіси. Формувати портфель інновацій, який приносить компанії нові джерела прибутку.

Основні обов’язки:
Формувати стратегію розвитку нових продуктів та додаткових сервісів.Керувати R&D процесом: дослідження ринку, гіпотези, MVP, тестування, запуск.Розвивати напрямки: рекламні продукти у відділеннях та поштоматах; партнерські сервіси; додаткові сервіси для клієнтів у точках; нові digital-продукти (нелогістичні); інноваційні моделі монетизації.Запускати комерційні та партнерські ініціативи з високим потенціалом доходу.Працювати зі стейкхолдерами: Операції, Комерція, Маркетинг, Digital, Finance, Legal.Розраховувати економіку продуктів: дохід, маржинальність, окупність, ризики.Вести повний продуктовий цикл: ідея > дослідження > прототип > запуск > масштабування.Розвивати продуктові команди, ставити чіткі цілі, керувати пріоритизацією.Презентувати нові ідеї, концепції, результати та наступні кроки керівництву.Створювати та підтримувати pipeline інновацій на 12–24 місяці.Проводити конкурентний аналіз та моніторинг трендів ринку.
Вимоги до кандидата:
4+ роки досвіду у Product Management, Business Development або Innovation.Досвід запуску нових продуктів: дослідження, MVP, тестування, масштабування.Сильна експертиза у комерційній моделі, вмінні рахувати P&L та фінансову ефективність.Розуміння B2C/B2B сервісів, монетизації, партнерських продуктів.Вміння працювати зі стейкхолдерами та презентувати продукти керівництву.Високий рівень аналітики, креативності й підприємницького мислення.Досвід керування командою або продуктовими напрямами.
