Нова пошта лідер експрес-доставки в Україні. Наша команда постійно зростає, і зараз ми шукаємо «Head of Domestic Delivery Products», ліда на напрямок розвитку фізичних сервісів.
Ціль ролі: забезпечити розвиток усіх внутрішніх логістичних продуктів групи NOVA — відправка, доставка, повернення, адресне обслуговування, поштомати, відділення, пункти та фулфілмент. Створити продуктову стратегію, яка гарантує найшвидшу та найзручнішу доставку в кожній країні, де працює Nova Post, забезпечує зростання доходів і стабільно високу якість сервісу на всіх етапах.

Основні обов’язки:
Формування стратегії розвитку Domestic продуктів (доставка по країні) на 6–12 місяців: доставка відділення-відділення, кур’єрська доставка, забір, поштомати, повернення, додаткові сервіси.Управління продуктовими командами та координація Discovery > Delivery > Launch.Розробка та пріоритизація roadmap продуктів (Відправка та отримання B2C, C2C, B2B).Аналіз ринку, конкурентів, потреб користувачів і операційних команд.Взаємодія з операціями, логістикою, фінансами та маркетингом для запуску нових ініціатив.Відповідальність за ключові метрики: дохід, кількість посилок та клієнтів, SLA Delivery, SLA Pickup, CSI, % on-time, WISMO та інші.Побудова продуктових моделей для тарифів, монетизації, додаткових сервісів.Підготовка та захист ініціатив перед керівництвом і стейкхолдерами.Управління релізами, тестуваннями, A/B експериментами.
Вимоги до кандидата:
4+ роки досвіду у Product Management / керівництві продуктових команд.Глибоке розуміння внутрішньої логістики, last-mile, кур’єрського сервісу, поштоматів.Досвід роботи з великими digital-сервісами (мобільний застосунок, веб, CRM).Вміння працювати з операційними метриками, аналітикою, юзабіліті та даними.Досвід формування roadmap, OKR, пріоритизації, фінансових моделей.Сильні навички управління людьми та крос-функціональної координації.
