Responsibilities

• Key team member on commercial valuations (business and equity), valuation of intangible assets, modeling
• Carrying out financial analysis of company’s historic results and projections, conducting industry researches
• Preparing and delivering financial models
• Report writing
• Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company 

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong academic record (at least bachelor’s degree), desirably in finance/economics
• At least 3 year experience in valuation or investment analysis
• Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques
• Understanding of applicability and specifics of each valuation approach in Ukrainian valuation practice
• Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
• ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus
• Good written and spoken English
• Good analytical skills
• Good team player
• Strong motivation for further professional development
• Strong interpersonal skills
