REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Business AnalystStrong interviewing and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the basics of software development methodologiesExperience in implementing ERP systems in complex business environmentsUnderstanding of FMCG or similar business domains (retail, distribution, supply chain, etc.)Strong analytical and systematic thinking skillsStress resilience and ability to perform under pressureExperience in developing technical documentationAbility and willingness to work in a teamTime-management and prioritization skillsProficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Nice-to-have skills
Working experience in similar positions in FMCG companies or in the same area on the contractor’s side (integrators, consulting companies)Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System) and BI (Business Intelligence) software solutionsUnderstanding the structure of retail distribution and marketing activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Studying, analyzing and describing business processes of the subject area in the framework of ongoing projectsCreation of reports and specifications for the development of additional functionality of the software productCollaborating with the customer, adjusting requirements and the specifics of workCommunicating with the software development teamConducting presentations and demonstrations of software product functionality for customers
