Position: Business Analyst
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Work format: Full-time / Employment Agreement

We have an interesting career opportunity for a Business Analyst in a leading renewable energy company with foreign investments.

The company is focused on providing reliable clean energy from renewable sources. Its competencies include the management of solar and wind power plants, as well as the development and construction of renewable energy projects with participation in the sale of generated electricity on the open energy market. Currently, the company owns and operates one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in Ukraine, with a total installed capacity of 636 MW, and continues to develop new wind power projects with a capacity of over 470 MW, with the aim of expanding its presence to other cutting-edge energy technologies. We are looking for a systematic and detail-oriented Analyst to join the IT team and be involved in analysing the company's business processes and cooperating with its key departments on developing effective document flow automation and database storage processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the company's existing business processes, identification of bottlenecks and potential for automation
• Processes description and modeling in the form of diagrams and documentation (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Development of automation requirements for the IT team or external contractors
• Software selection for process automation
• Cooperation with key company departments and contractors for automation or/and system support
• Testing solutions, user support at the implementation stage, participation in staff training
• Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented automated processes, collecting feedback, further improvement
• Participation in building a process catalog and a digital business map

Qualifications and professional experience:

• Higher education in the field: economics, business analytics, information technology, engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of process description methodology (BPMN, IDEF0, EPC or other)
• Basics knowledge of process automation will be an advantage
• Ability to work with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, ARIS, Draw.io, Visio, X-mind etc.)
• Experience in forming automation requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Understanding of the principles of ERP/CRM systems, integration and IT architecture
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, attention to detail
• Negotiation skills and effective communication with stakeholders
