Technical Support Specialist (German)

• Прийом та обробка звернень клієнтів через телефон, e-mail та чат з питань сервісу, технічної підтримки, рекламацій, гарантійного та негарантійного обслуговування.
• Надання детальних консультацій щодо технічних характеристик, принципів роботи та експлуатації генераторів, зарядних станцій, садової техніки.
• Первинне технічне діагностування проблем за описом клієнта, пропозиція можливих рішень або направлення до сервісного центру.
• Обробка запитів на повернення, обмін, гарантійний ремонт та післягарантійне обслуговування.
• Ведення та оновлення бази рекламацій, підготовка звітів і передача інформації керівнику сервісної служби.
• Взаємодія з логістикою, бухгалтерією та сервісним відділом для швидкого вирішення звернень.
• Фіксація всіх звернень у CRM та ведення історії комунікацій.
• Збір і передача зворотного зв’язку для покращення сервісу та продуктів.
• Участь у створенні та оновленні Бази Знань (FAQ, інструкції, поради з експлуатації).
• Ескалація складних технічних випадків до профільних спеціалістів.

• Досвід роботи у технічній підтримці або сервісному обслуговуванні (бажано у сфері генераторів, електротехніки, садової чи будівельної техніки).
• Базові знання принципів роботи бензинових, дизельних та інверторних генераторів, а також навички читання технічної документації.
• Впевнене користування ПК, CRM-системами, пакетом Microsoft Office.
• Вільне володіння українською та німецькою мовами (усно і письмово).
• Розвинені комунікаційні навички, вміння пояснювати технічні питання простою мовою.
• Високий рівень стресостійкості та орієнтація на результат.
• Гнучкість, ініціативність, вміння працювати з кількома завданнями одночасно.
• Високий рівень відповідальності та уваги до деталей.

• Досвід роботи з клієнтами з Німеччини та/або інших європейських країн.
• Знання англійської та інших мов.
• Інженерна освіта; сертифікати або курси з технічного обслуговування генераторів, електрообладнання або садової техніки.
• Досвід роботи з гарантійними сервісами та технічними стандартами (CE, TÜV тощо).

• Receiving and processing customer requests via phone, e-mail and chat regarding service, technical support, complaints, warranty and non-warranty service. 
• Providing detailed consultations on technical characteristics, principles of operation and use of generators, charging stations, garden equipment.
• Initial technical diagnostics of problems based on the client’s description, offering possible solutions or referring to the service center.
• Processing requests for return, exchange, warranty repair and post-warranty service.
• Maintaining and updating the claims database, preparing reports and transferring information to the head of the service department.
• Interaction with logistics, accounting and service department for quick resolution of requests.
• Recording all requests in CRM and keeping the history of communications.
• Collecting and transmitting feedback to improve service and products.
• Participation in the creation and updating of the Knowledge Base (FAQ, instructions, operating tips).
• Escalation of complex technical cases to specialized specialists.

• Experience in technical support or service (preferably in the field of generators, electrical equipment, garden or construction equipment).
• Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of gasoline, diesel and inverter generators, as well as the ability to read technical documentation.
• Confident use of PC, CRM systems, Microsoft Office package.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and German (oral and written).
• Developed communication skills, ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
• High level of stress resistance and result orientation.
• Flexibility, initiative, ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Experience working with clients from Germany and/or other European countries.
• Knowledge of English and other languages.
• Engineering education; certificates or courses in maintenance of generators, electrical equipment or garden equipment.
• Experience with warranty services and technical standards (CE, TÜV, etc.).

• Stable salary — negotiable (depending on experience).
