We are looking for an experienced professional Talent Manager
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and support training, development and career planning activities Identify needs, design, and implement development opportunities that afford both personal and professional growth Deal with training providers when necessary Manage Succession Planning process and partner with Leaders to identify and implement appropriate development actions Budget planning and reporting Work with HR metrics, analyze and investigate causes and trends Ensure efficient internal communication systemSuccessful candidates should meet the following requirements:
University Degree Master’s Degree required 5 years of professional experience in HR Upper-Intermediate English Strong communication, relationship building, organization, counseling and facilitation, influence skills with the ability to work both in a team and make decisions independently. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet acumen, 1C/ SAP Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skillsWhat VIPCEM Offers You
