We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AH Support Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and tracing (T&T) shipments, monitoring freight movement, and providing timely updates to customers and internal teams. You will serve as a key point of contact to ensure shipments are moving smoothly and any potential issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update shipment statuses in real time across multiple systems.
Proactively track and trace freight movements to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate shipment updates to customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Escalate any service delays or exceptions and follow up on resolutions.
Document all activities accurately in the system.
Support the team with administrative and operational logistics tasks as needed.

1+ year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer support (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
