This is the job

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join a FinTech project focused on building a platform for structured investment products. This role involves bridging business needs and technical delivery within a complex cloud-based microservices environment, supporting a wide product range and sophisticated trading features.

This is you

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial or FinTech domain;
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
  
• Experience with product documentation and reporting tools like SharePoint;
  
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities;
  
• English – Upper-intermediate level and higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Prior experience working with trading platforms or investment banking products.

This is your role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to structured products distribution and trading;
  
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams;
  
• Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios for new features on the platform;
  
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as part of the Agile development process;
  
• Monitor product usage and assist in defining enhancements to improve usability, transparency, and performance.
