Currently, we're looking for a Head of Product for the company - w7g. 

About us:

W7g is a femtech company within the Genesis ecosystem that develops digital products to enhance women's well-being. We blend technology, fashion, and simple self-care principles to provide millions of women worldwide with access to resources that support their mental health, creativity, and inner strength.

FABU — a mental well-being app for women, offering a space for reflection, self-expression, and stress management. Available in Ukrainian and free for Ukrainian users.

SUITSME — a fashion game where users style outfits, complete fashion challenges, and connect with a community of over 11,000 players. In 2024 alone, more than 50 million virtual looks were created.

As our VP of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind our user acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion efforts. You will shape and execute strategies that bring millions of users to our products and ensure we stay ahead in the competitive market.

About you:

• 6+ years in marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (VP Marketing, CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Growth).
• Hands-on expertise with paid traffic sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and leading ad network
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, grow, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong market research abilities, proficiency with analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Results-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in growing audiences, improving conversions, and achieving business KPIs/OKRs.
• Communication: Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility and adaptability.

What you will do:

• Lead the Marketing Vision: Define, execute, and continuously improve w7g’s marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive Growth: Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition channels in various markets.
• Manage Marketing Operations: Oversee daily execution of campaigns, ensuring strong ROI across channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and  Ad Networks (such as Unity, Applovin, IronSource).
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
• Budget Ownership: Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmaps and user experience goals.
• Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.
• Partnerships & Vendors: Establish strong relationships with external partners to enhance marketing reach and capabilities.
