Trade and Field Marketing Manager
Accountable and responsible for trade marketing activities development & engagement based on business objectives and customers' behaviour /needs, and its deployment aligns with business process
As the Trade & Field Marketing Manager in the area of Marketing, you will:
Business Process Improvement
Review and improve the current business process to align with the company's strategic directionCoordinate with other collaborators to explore business process improvement or integration with relevant systems/platformsCompose the approved business process for new policy developmentTrade & Field Marketing Activities
Data Analysis
Review & interpret data trends or customer behaviour, and compare data results among the regions to gather insightsProvide an actionable plan based on the analysis to achieve the critical metric of projects or further improvementsEngage with internal or external teams regarding data interpretation & analysis to achieve better field implementationTeam Development & Management
Have regular conversations with associates to cultivate an open & honest environmentConduct regular checkpoints to review progress and discuss further solutionsRequirements:
Minimum Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing and or channel management area Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)Strong business acumenSales/Trade/Digital marketing knowledgeExcellent communication and presentationCollaboration SKillsWhat to expect:
