• Pro-actively participate in process improvement and process automation
• Participate in releases and deployment to various environments
• Maintain well-documented notes for post RCA
• Sustain the process of knowledge sharing with the related teams
• Identify potential problems and risks
• Participate in DevOps related projects
• Be responsible for administration of our on-premise hosted Kubernetes clusters
• Communicate with B2B licensees and stakeholders
• Provide Out of Hours On Call support

Components for success. You...

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps role
• Are experienced in supporting production systems
• Have worked with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
• Possess good knowledge of Python and Microservices
• Have experience implementing software CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Codefresh, or similar
• Are skilled in configuration management with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar
• Have experience with monitoring and/or log aggregation systems like ELK, Graylog, Prometheus, Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, and others
• Are adept at troubleshooting
• Demonstrate a great understanding of networking and Unix-based operating systems
• Can work across multiple work streams and development projects in an agile environment
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent communication skills
