Playtech‘s Casino team is looking for a diligent and meticulous QA Engineer who is excited to work in an international environment. In this role, you will test various casino products, verify environment setups, manage required dependencies, and ensure everything is ready for the final launch and release candidate sign-off. Your work will directly influence the quality and success of our casino products, especially games, ensuring an exceptional player experience across all platforms.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

Perform quality control activities to ensure high standards across all releasesPlan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing efforts with the development team and QA Team LeaderDesign, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, use cases, and user storiesBuild detailed test reports and structured test plans aligned with our Test StrategyReview requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to validate product complianceIdentify, document, and track defects found during testingTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution and retestingDevelop and maintain automation scripts using our internal automation tools for each gameProactively resolve blockers and escalate issues when neededProvide stakeholders with clear insights into product quality and readinessEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and requirementsEvaluate products against non-functional criteria: performance, reliability, usability, security, compatibility, and portabilityContinuously improve your QA skills and stay updated on industry best practicesFocus on post-sprint testing of release versions of casino games to ensure flawless delivery

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

Have 2+ years of experience as a QA EngineerAre experienced in Web and Mobile testingAre familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins and TestRailPossess strong knowledge of QA methodologies and processesUnderstand the software development lifecycle and client-server architectureCommunicate confidently in English at an intermediate level or higherHave solid interpersonal and communication skills

You'll get extra points for...

Experience with Postman, Burp Suite, Fiddler, or CharlesFamiliarity with Git or SVN version control systemsHands-on experience with Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio, and BrowserStackKnowledge of Java, especially for automation scripting or debugging, is a plus
