We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine (or nearby).In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving core People Ops processes — from onboarding and office support to benefits, policies, and internal communications — ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience across all locations. You’ll also help shape and support the operation of a multinational, fast-growing team, making sure our People Ops practices scale effectively with our global footprint. You’ll report to the Director of People Operations and collaborate closely with teams such as Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, IT, and a range of external partners.What you will do
Ensure an exceptional employee experience through consistent and high-quality People Ops service deliveryOwn and drive global onboarding and offboarding processesOversee benefits management and support ongoing improvementsManage HRIS (BambooHR) with a focus on data accuracy and process optimizationCreate and maintain internal policies, including the Ideals Employee HandbookSupport internal communications and employee engagement initiativesContribute to cross-functional projects to scale and optimize People Ops in a fast-growing, global teamWhat you bring
Advanced English — both written and spoken3+ years in a People Ops / HR Generalist roleSolid understanding of local labor law and international complianceExperience supporting teams across 5+ countriesStrong critical thinking and high personal work standardsClear, people-centered communication with a global mindsetExcellent prioritization and adaptability in fast-changing environmentsNaturally curious, proactive, and solution-orientedConflict resolution or mediation experienceNice to have
Experience working with Employers of Record (EORs)Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA/KPI trackingBasic skills in HRIS automation and system implementationExperience in organizing internal events or team gatheringsOur assessment process
