We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Systems Architect specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud, who will play a key role in designing, delivering, and advocating innovative cloud solutions for global clients. This position requires a strong technical foundation in Azure, combined with exceptional consulting and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in both hands-on project work and strategic company-wide initiatives.ResponsibilitiesArchitect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient Azure solutions leveraging Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), PaaS offerings, and other Azure-native services tailored to specific business requirementsDevelop robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; automate deployments with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates; and drive clients toward higher DevOps maturityApply the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost optimization. Lead Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones to support successful migrations and cloud adoptionFacilitate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas, build client confidence, and demonstrate Azure as a strategic platform choiceParticipate in discovery phases and pre-sales engagements, aligning business objectives with technical solutions. Provide actionable recommendations and solve complex technical challenges to improve client outcomesDeliver expert consulting across digital domains, multi-platform integrations, and functional designs. Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey while mentoring internal engineering teams and promoting best practicesAct as an Azure evangelist within the organization — mentor colleagues, lead internal upskilling programs, encourage certifications, and champion modern Azure technologiesLead and support internal initiatives such as technical talks, public presentations, community events, hackathons, innovation marathons, and training programs.
