We know the positive feeling we get when we feel heard, and we reciprocate that deep engagement with others when they’re talking or presenting so that we gain alignment and promote our collective actions.Come join us on the journey to transform healthcare!RequirementsQualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development building applications and services Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with others (we use Go, TypeScript, Ruby, Python) Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and performance optimization Experience contributing to technical projects and collaborating across teams Demonstrated ability to make sound technical decisions that deliver value Experience building high-availability, fault-tolerant systems with containerization and orchestration (we use K8s on EKS) Familiarity with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (we use Github Actions, CircleCi, and ArgoCD) Passion for the DispatchHealth mission to improve patients’ lives in their homesStandout Qualities: Experience with healthcare-specific technologies (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance) Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulationsJob responsibilitiesAs a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the core platform services that power our in-home healthcare solutions.
