N-iX is looking for a talented Lead Power BI developer to join our team!

Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing mobile companies with 4.5 million active customers, 1,000 employees worldwide, and operations in five countries. The client is using the mobile virtual network operator business model.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability of the Power BI solution Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports Advocate for best practices in BI and data governance, continuously improve the system Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications Implement security measures to ensure data privacy and compliance with industry standards Work closely with database administrators and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with underlying data sources Ensure the enhanced documentation on Power BI solution Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI backend functionalities Clearly and concisely update stakeholders on the status of work items

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience with Power BI Experience with handling complex data sets like above 20GB with complex hierarchies  Proficient in admin responsibilities on PBI Experience with at least one alternative reporting tool Experience with real time streaming refreshes & batch refreshes Experience in user group management in Power BI Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of Power BI architecture, data modeling, DAX, and AML Experience working with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes Experience in working with repository tools such as Azure DevOps, BitBucket, GITHub, Docker Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details Ability to communicate complex data in a clear concise manner Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Would be a plus:

Familiarity with the fundamentals of languages such as Python Microsoft Power BI Certification Experience with MS Azure or other cloud Experience with Databricks Experience with Synapse
