Accountant Accounts Payable and expenses

•  Reception of the purchases invoices and control of the approval and payment process
•  Validating invoice coding of the supplier invoices with the scanning solution - Axtension
•  Maintain suppliers creation/changes
•  Processing of the purchase invoices in a timely manner
•  Matching PO’s and querying PO’s discrepancies
•  Monitoring of the approval flows and of the ageing balance
•  Follow-up of the supplier statements and the non-processed documents
•  Preparation of the supporting documents for the audits
•  Reconcile and post Co. Credit Cards
• Process employee expenses through the Rydoo platform

• · Accounting qualification or similar experience
• · Proven experience of +/- 5 years in similar function
• · Fluent in English
• · A good team spirit and results-oriented
• · Diligent, motivated & dependable with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Not afraid to take on responsibilitie
