The Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) and Fire Safety department helps a company to comply with the OHS and fire safety legislation. In addition, we provide a complex range of work safety and fire safety services for all offices, laboratories, server rooms, and warehousing. Our job is to guarantee a non-hazardous and safe workplace for the employees and clients in a company.

IF YOU ARE

Educated with a higher technical degree in occupational health, safety, or a related fieldExperienced with 5+ years in Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) and Fire SafetyKnowledgeable in Ukrainian legislation, including the Law on Labor Protection, Law on Fire Safety, Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, and relevant OH&S and Fire Safety regulations, resolutions, rules, standards, and normsWell-versed in ISO 45001:2018 standards with practical experience implementing and maintaining OH&S management systems for certificationExpert in the fundamentals of labor legislation, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate safety requirementsProficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reportingConfident in English with at least an intermediate level of proficiency

AND YOU WANT TO

Assess technical conditions by surveying buildings, structures, equipment, ventilation systems, and fire safety equipment for compliance with OH&S and Fire Safety regulations, including ISO 45001:2018Develop documentation by creating normative documents such as orders, policies, instructions, and guidelines aligned with occupational health and safety standardsWork with training and development by designing and delivering employee programs on OH&S and Fire Safety, incorporating standard-compliant principles and proceduresAudit workplaces by monitoring and inspecting for compliance with regulatory and ISO 45001:2018-aligned standardsInvestigate incidents by participating in accident and failure investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive measures under applicable frameworksManage contractors by overseeing onboarding and compliance with OH&S and Fire Safety requirements under established standardsDeal with contract management by negotiating and concluding contracts for OH&S and Fire Safety services in line with recognized protocolsParticipate in projects related to the preparation of OH&S and Fire Safety regulations and plansBuild an OHSAS system in the company, including workplace risk assessment, occupational health measurements, and consultancy for employees and clientsCooperate with the OHS project in the company
