We stand together to reinvent the way our world - if you are interested in professional growths and career development within a big multinational company, join our team.We are looking for an experienced professional OHS DIRECTOR (HEALTH AND SAFETY DIRECTOR) to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety at the enterprise. The primary goal is to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, minimize operational risks, and foster a strong safety culture in line with legal requirements and the company’s strategic objectives.KEY ACTIVITIESOrganization and supervision of the occupational health and safety system at the enterprise.Development and continuous improvement of an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) at the enterprise, promoting ongoing enhancement of activities in this area by each structural unit and employee; providing professional support for employer decisions on these matters.Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements in the field of occupational health and safety.Implementation of preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents and occupational diseases.Development and regular updating of internal documentation (instructions, policies, procedures).Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments at production sites.Organizing training sessions and briefings for employees and heads of structural units.Interaction with regulatory authorities and preparation of reports.job requirementsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in occupational health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing Health & Safety Management Systems (HSMS/OHSMS).Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.Strong understanding of national HSE legislation and international safety/environmental standards.Ability to assess and manage occupational risks, implement preventive measures, and drive a safety-first culture.Skilled in organizing and delivering employee training and safety briefings.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.English language skills will be an advantage.Strategic and analytical mindset.Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What We Offer:Official employment in an international company.Opportunity for professional growth and participation in large-scale projects.Competitive salary.31 calendar days of paid vacation.Medical insurance.Corporate transportation to the office. Location: Kyiv (office)If you’re ready to become part of our team and build the VIPCEM brand together, send us your CV.
