Were looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Business Process Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain internal automations. The team is fast-paced, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on precision.
This is a permanent, remote position requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of automation tools. This role plays a key part in increasing operational efficiency across the company, freeing the team to focus on high-impact, non-automatable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain process automations using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
Collaborate with the project manager, agency owner, and other staff to identify automation opportunities across departments
Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve efficiency
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience building automations
Extensive experience with tools like n8n, , and Zapier
High conscientiousness, intelligence, and honesty
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluent English
Nice to Have:

Flexible 4-day work week (MondayThursday, 12 hours/day), with the option to work 5 days (8 hours/day) if preferred. You just need to overlap at least 5 hours with the New York time zone
