 We are looking for an AI Automation & Workflow Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining AI-driven and automated workflows that enhance both our internal processes and the operations of our clients. You will leverage tools like Make.com and n8n, applying light coding where needed, to ensure our automation systems are scalable, reliable, and adaptable across various business needs.

How your day will look like:

• Build and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency for internal teams and clients.
  
• Customize and adapt our existing automation infrastructure to support different clients and departments.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation systems.
  
• Ensure workflows are well-documented, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement effective automation solutions.
  
• Apply light coding where necessary (around 15–20 lines of code per task) to enhance automation processes.
  
• Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
  
• Support the smooth onboarding of new clients and tailor automation workflows to their specific needs.
  

Requirements

Check if you qualify:

• Proven experience building automation systems using Make.com, n8n, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
  
• Ability to write basic code and scripts as needed (low coding, not high-tech engineering).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to scale automation for high-volume tasks.
  
• Previous hands-on experience in building and maintaining similar automation systems.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
