IWS CELL LEAD
The IWS Cell Lead will be fully responsible for continuous improvement in production by managing an Integrated Work System (IWS) cell and all its aspects. This role involves managing a team and ensuring continuous improvement in production efficiency, safety, and quality.
As the Cell Lead, you will:
Oversee the performance and results of a work cell.Serve as senior coach to teams throughout the cell organization and promote a "zero-loss mentality" within the work cell.Ensure continuous improvement of the performances and efficiencies of the machines and plants within the allocated cell through the consistent application of the "Run-to-Target" systems (RTT).Manage daily management systems and processes as part of a continuous improvement process, including daily/weekly/monthly alignment of the Daily Direction Settings (DDS).Develop quarterly plans and cell targets.Jointly responsible for the continuous improvement of the technical skills and motivation of the employees through the transfer of knowledge and training.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/science.At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with 2 years in a leadership role.Fluent in EnglishExperience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.What to expect
