IWS Maintenance Lead
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead in the Production Department of Xanthi factory for providing deep technical knowledge to support standard creation for loss elimination. Join our team and contribute to the success of our production processes!
Position:
As the Maintenance Lead in the Production Department, you will
Be PM systems owner for assigned CellEliminate maintenance and breakdown-related lossesTogether with the rest of Cell Team, develop 24-hour action plans, set priority of team and allocate resources to support the planCoach operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, to achieve the operational objectives of assigned CellImplement TPM standards on assigned lineRequirements:
University or Technical Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related sciencestudies & valid licenseWork experience in a similar position will be an asseIWS knowledge and experience will be preferredGood knowledge of English languageGood knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of TPM standards; basics of Spare Parts management, knowledge of failure root cause analysis
