Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match

• 3+ years supporting C-level executives in an operational, assistant, or project-focused role.
• You’re obsessively organized, deeply reliable, and unshakably calm under pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you know what to say and when.
• Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked; you get it done.
• Familiar with Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion, and G Suite tools.
• Comfortable working in high-speed environments with shifting priorities.

Your daily adventures

📋 Task & Project Management

• Stay on top of CEO & COO priorities — track tasks, manage timelines, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Coordinate across departments to delegate, follow up, and keep projects moving forward.

📅 Meetings & Communication

• Schedule meetings, prep agendas, capture detailed notes and manage follow-ups.
• Act as a communication bridge between leadership and teams — keeping information flowing and aligned.
• Prioritize what’s urgent, surface what’s important, and send timely reminders when it matters most.

🗂️ Board & Logistics Support

• Organize board meetings, assist with materials, prep communications, and ensure action items are tracked to completion.

🎯 Strategic Execution

• Help leadership align teams with company-wide goals and initiatives.
• Support the execution of key projects, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and track performance against KPIs.
• Lead special initiatives that streamline operations or improve ways of working.
