Build and own the growth and acquisition strategy: from awareness to conversion.
Design and optimize consumer journeys and funnels using data, feedback, and experimentation.
Identify and solve business problems through insight-driven action.
Lead cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product, field ops, and beyond.
Scale high-performing programs with measurable ROI.
Build and develop a high-functioning growth team.
Drive vendor and partner performance aligned with business goals.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements.
You bring:
Proven experience in product, tech, or consumer growth roles.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership.
Deep understanding of acquisition tactics and performance marketing.
Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience launching growth programs in regulated or competitive markets.
