Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand their procurement needs and requirements, challenging these needs and bringing the commercial added value
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for Wix, while maintaining strong relationships with internal interfaces and suppliers
Owning and managing the procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution
Leading a few procurement categories in all European sites of Wix
Partner with Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, and internal policies
Manage complex procurement projects involving various stakeholders while applying both big picture vision as well as orientation for details
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in international companies
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and developing supplier relationships
Strong negotiation and communication skills, in both Ukrainian and English, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to align procurement strategies with business objectives
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving cost savings and process efficiency
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
