Це роль для того, хто хоче впливати на результат компанії через якість найму: формувати підходи, приймати складні рішення разом із топ-менеджментом і підсилювати команду сильними талантами.
Що ви будете робити
• Розвивати команду рекрутингу (до 10 фахівців) • Формувати та реалізовувати стратегію найму відповідно до бізнес-пріоритетів • Партнеритись із керівниками напрямів як експерт і авторитет у питаннях залучення талантів • Брати участь у M&A-проєктах: масштабування команд і інтеграція бізнесів • Розвивати онбординг як інструмент швидкої адаптації та утримання • Підсилювати бренд роботодавця та досвід кандидатів • Розвивати професійну мережу та активну присутність компанії на ринку талантів • Використовувати дані та цифрові інструменти для підвищення ефективності найму
