IF YOU ARE

A professional with 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business analysisExperienced in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its operational environment and challengesStrong in understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements lifecycle managementConfident with managing the requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, and change managementProficient in working with stakeholders, including engagement, needs discovery, and identification of opportunities for transformation and expansion of service scopeEffective as a team player, focused on results with keen attention to detailHaving excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and meeting facilitation skillsAccustomed to working with a geographically distributed teamCapable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment (at least upper-intermediate strong level)Knowledgable of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and operational practices (is not a must)

AND YOU WANT TO

Identify operational inefficiencies, business constraints, and improvement opportunities within client environmentsConduct industry-informed analysis of client processes, workflows, and operational practicesProvide industry context and domain expertise to development and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real-world industry requirementsValidate that proposed solutions meet industry standards, regulations, and operational expectationsSupport the client in defining the desired future state of processes and business capabilitiesIdentify and document business requirements for specific solution components or business capabilitiesAdvise teams on industry trends, practices, and operational realities relevant to the implemented solutionParticipate in discussions on solution design, providing recommendations based on industry knowledge and business contextVerify and validate requirements with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needs and solution objectivesDefine scope boundaries for solution components using techniques such as functional decomposition and use case modelingEnsure stakeholders remain sufficiently engaged throughout the project lifecycle
