At this role you will take full ownership of end-to-end back-end operations, serving as the primary point of contact for Ukraine Sales Team and customers. Coordinate all cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Country Leader, Sales, Logistics, CF, AR & Credit, Claims, CRM, Legal & Compliance, and other teams to ensure effective coordination and support. All order blocks release, production & shipment escalation, compliance problem solving. AR/Credit/Arrival regular tracking. Special focus on cases with overdue and credit exposure. Remove billings blocks for Sea/Sea-Air invoices. Administration, updates, amendments, and archiving of contracts with Ukrainian distributors. Ad-hoc letters preparation for customs authorities.Prepare and distribute reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate and timely. Proactively address unforeseen sales support issues and respond to ad-hoc requests. Identify key operational performance gaps, highlight these issues, and drive action to address them with the appropriate teams. Provide coverage for colleagues in the sales operations team during their absence.
