Responsibility for sales of Equipment for Dairy farms, Milking, Cooling, Manure and Farm EquipmentDevelop & grow business with potential customers, and build up sufficient sales funnel, achieve / exceed the agreed budget for the yearEffect communication between customers & dealers in relation to application requests for solutions for dairy farms, preparations of commercial quotations, contracts and visits to customersEffective collaboration with other stakeholders across matrix organizationCommercial Proposals and Contracts– responsibility to ensure proposals and contracts are accurate and detailed in accordance with GEA, dealers and customer expectations and timingsCustomer demonstrations – responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring demonstrations with the customer in practiceMonitor market and identify opportunities for other GEA products and DivisionsDevelop 3rd party equipment suppliers’ relationships / networking and new dealers
Your Profile / Qualifications
Proactive, energetic, and business-driven professional with strong interest in technology.Proven track record in project sales, including strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Knowledge of or strong interest in the Ukrainian dairy and food processing market.Motivation for continuous learning and personal development, with willingness to build deep understanding of GEA’s solutions, technologies, and unique value propositions.Good command of English (minimum B2 level).Entrepreneurial mindset combined with enthusiasm for engineering technologies and sales.Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.Solid IT skills, including CRM opportunity management and effective use of Outlook and MS Teams.Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the country.
