Requirements
5+ years of practical experience as a Project/Program ManagerProven experience managing projects within FMCG or integration/product companies, covering both implementation and BAU phasesStrong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesWillingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environmentsBeing a fast learner with high presentation and communication skillsExperience in project implementation processesUnderstanding of application development and software development lifecycle conceptsUpper-Intermediate level of English to maintain communication with clients, teamsProficiency in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholders
Responsibilities
Managing projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)Maintaining daily communication with the business and different departmentsShaping and managing the business expectationsEnsuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completionFinding out milestones and solutions for the project's growth
