IF YOU ARE

An experienced professional with 4+ years of hands-on work in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering within Salesforce ecosystemsHighly skilled in Copado with deep practical knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps automationConfident in designing, implementing, and optimizing Copado-based CI/CD pipelines for secure and reliable delivery at scaleProficient in establishing release governance, including audit trails, compliance controls, and user permission frameworksWell-versed in Git-based version control, branching models, and multi-environment release strategies for Salesforce programsStrong in understanding the Salesforce development lifecycle, metadata management, and platform architectureGrounded in DevOps best practices across continuous integration, continuous delivery, and repeatable deploymentsCapable of acting as a technical point of contact for deployment and release issues and driving resolution across teamsComfortable mentoring and enabling developers on Copado standards, patterns, and best practicesAdept at monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving pipeline performance, security, and reliabilityAble to design and extend Copado capabilities using functions, job templates, and custom extensionsFamiliar with Azure Cloud in the context of DevOps delivery and enterprise environmentsClear and structured in creating documentation for deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configurationsCollaborative in working with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in fast-paced release cyclesAnalytical and practical in solving complex release and deployment challengesEffective in communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
