Job DescriptionMain responsibilities :
Coordinate with forwarding and transport companies, as well as other service providers, when requiredUpdate goods movement and stock information in BAF (1C) front system accurately and on timePrepare detailed instructions for port forwarders regarding customs clearance, organized by type of goods, exporter, and export contractPrepare reports on the quantities of goods loaded onto vessels for internal stakeholders, including the LDC Geneva office, LDC Ukraine accounting, and the execution departmentCalculate storage costs for goods in port silos and verify related invoicesPerform reconciliation with internal and port silo records and verify corresponding storage cost invoicesAct as a full backup for the Domestic Execution Specialist when needed Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, forwarding, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasksHigh stress tolerance and ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication skills, including interaction with traders, clients, ports, and other partnersAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyBasic understanding of logistics processes and documentation, including certificates of quality, bills of lading, and related paperworkExperience working with brokers is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with dataEnglish (intermediate level or higher); additional languages are an advantage Additional InformationDiversity & Inclusion
