This role works in close partnership with the Financial Controller and Financial Accounting Managers to deliver high-quality Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reporting. The position focuses on tracking and analyzing FCF performance, providing AR/AP insights, supporting planning and budgeting cycles, and explaining key variances and cash drivers. A strong emphasis is placed on improving transparency, ensuring consistent and standardized reporting across countries, developing automated dashboards, and contributing to continuous process and efficiency improvements.
You can be successful in this role if:
You deliver weekly and monthly FCF tracking, consolidating inputs, identifying key drivers, and supporting monthly and quarterly reviews;You prepare timely, accurate, and comprehensive AR and AP analytical reporting, including ageing analysis, trends, and cash impact;You support FCF planning cycles (Rolling Estimates and Budget) by developing AR/AP assumptions and performing scenario analysis;You conduct FCF variance analysis (Actual vs. Forecast/Budget), providing clear explanations and actionable insights;You maintain and report the FCF Risk & Opportunity register, quantifying cash impact and tracking its evolution over time;You support Balance Sheet reviews at GL level, linking movements in working capital accounts to FCF results;You develop and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards for WC, FCF, and Balance Sheet analysis;You ensure standardization, consistency, and high data quality of WC and FCF reporting across countries;You proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, transparency, and reporting processes;You participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements aligned with organizational needs.Our new team members need to:
Have relevant university degree (in Business Administration or Finance);Possess strong financial analysis and accounting skills;Be proficient in advanced Excel; Have experience in stakeholder management and be able to collaborate effectively across all departments;Be structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven;Have a Intermediate+ level of English.How we will support you:
