We are hiring Chat Operators for a unique and innovative project on Tango focused on advancing AI-driven chat systems. This role plays a key part in training, improving, and evaluating conversational AI models by engaging in real-time text-based interactions. The project is designed to explore language patterns, communication behavior, engagement dynamics, and conversational quality in live chat environments.Chat Operators will interact with users through private messages and live chats, helping shape smarter, more natural, and more engaging AI chat experiences.      Responsibilities:Manage text-based private messages and live chat conversations as part of an AI training and conversation research projectEngage users in natural, personalized, and context-aware conversationsAccurately represent assigned personas and communication styles to support AI model learningMaintain engaging, friendly, and occasionally humorous interactionsFollow provided conversation frameworks, scripts, and brand guidelines, while sounding human and authenticIdentify conversational patterns, user intent, and engagement signals that contribute to AI model improvementSupport the testing and refinement of AI-driven chat flows and response strategiesHandle multiple simultaneous conversations efficiently and professionallyIdentify and nurture high-value or highly engaged usersPromote content using structured sales sequences and situational judgment (where applicable)Requirments:Good written English with clear communication skills.1–2 years of experience in live chat, online customer engagement, community moderation, or digital salesConfident, talkative, and engaging writing style with the ability to adapt tone and personalityFast and accurate typing skills with strong multitasking abilityUnderstanding of user engagement, conversation flow, and conversion principlesAbility to follow personas, scripts, and AI training guidelines while remaining flexible and naturalHigh level of discretion, reliability, and professionalismInterest in AI, conversational systems, language analysis, or digital communication trends is a strong plusWhat we offer:International company with several offices in different locations : Tel-Aviv, Kyiv, Warsaw, Limassol.Granting an Option;A professional environment with great people to work with;Competitive salary, performance review;Flexible working hours, no one here tracks your work time because our culture is built on trust and cooperation;Social package, including sports coverage, elite medical insurance for you and family;20 working days paid vacation and 100% sick leaves coverage;Opportunities to make a difference, to develop and grow;Regular corporate celebrations, team buildings and fun activities;Comfortable office close to the metro station.
