Save Ukraine is one of the largest charitable foundations in Ukraine, founded in 2014. The foundation works to protect children and families affected by war. Our mission is focused on the most vulnerable Ukrainians such as orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and survivors of violence.Save Ukraine evacuates families from active combat zones and temporarily occupied territories. We are also the first humanitarian organization that regularly carries out rescue missions to return children forcibly deported to Russia.We are now looking for a Head of Fundraising&Partnerships Development who will ensure stable, high-quality, and scalable operation of Save Ukraine’s donor function by transforming a broad partner base into a structured portfolio with clear accountability, without losing trust or potential.Key Responsibilities:Development and implementation of the Fund’s fundraising strategy in line with its mission, strategic priorities, and programmatic activities.Identification of priority funding streams (international donors, government programs, foundations, businesses, individual donors).Planning annual and quarterly fundraising targets broken down by projects, programs, donor sources, and types of funding.Building and maintaining a pipeline of donors and grant opportunities, including analysis of alignment with the Fund’s eligibility criteria.Management of the fundraising team and development of partner relationships, including task allocation, work coordination, and performance oversight. Analysis of the current team structure, documentation of existing processes, and, if necessary, preparation of proposals for redistribution of functions.Coordination of fundraising and partnership engagement processes that take place outside the core fundraising team, in collaboration with other departments of the Fund.Coordination of the preparation of grant applications, concept notes, project proposals, and supporting materials.Collaboration with programmatic, financial, operational, and communications teams to align content, budgets, indicators, messaging, and timelines in donor and partner materials.Launch, implementation, and development of a CRM system for managing donors and partners, maintaining interaction histories, monitoring partnership statuses, and supporting fundraising and partnership processes.Planning, organization, and follow-up of meetings, calls, presentations, and events with donors and partners, including preparation of materials and subsequent follow-up.Preparation and distribution of interim communications materials for donors and partners (informational updates, photo and video materials, written acknowledgements).Conducting negotiations with donors regarding funding terms, budgets, project implementation timelines, and reporting requirements, as well as supporting the agreement finalization process.Monitoring implementation of fundraising plans, application statuses, and receipt of funds; preparation of monthly analytical briefs and reports on fundraising performance.Forecasting fundraising volumes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; analyzing the effectiveness of funding sources; and preparing proposals to optimize the Fund’s fundraising and partnership strategy.Requirements:Proven experience in fundraising and donors reletions; experience working with international audiences is a strong advantage.Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.Experience implementing CRM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishAbility to work effectively in conditions of uncertainty and growthWe Offer:Meaningful work with real, measurable impact on children and familiesWork in a dynamic and creative team that changes lives and contributes to rebuilding Ukraine’s futureA hybrid work format and a competitive compensation packageThe opportunity to influence the international image of the foundation and attract resources for a vital humanitarian missionCollaboration with empathetic colleagues and supportive leaders on meaningful and inspiring challenges
