The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Center of Excellence. We address the rapidly growing demand for automation with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems, and others.

Our team builds cross-functional solutions where low-code automation is integrated with other cutting-edge technologies. We are responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to clients under the platform design best practices and with a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with 5+ years of experienceExperienced in implementing and integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder solutionsQualified with a bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceCertified on the Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600)Familiar with Microsoft Power Virtual AgentsProficient with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and data connectorsExperienced with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI servicesSkilled in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and knowledge-grounding techniquesFamiliar with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworksExperienced in implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and embedding modelsComfortable working within an Agile Scrum teamExperienced with other AI solutionsFamiliar with the healthcare domainA strong problem-solver and communicator who collaborates effectively
