IF YOU ARE

An experienced marketing operations or digital project manager with 5+ years in building scalable processes and leading cross-functional teamsSkilled at bringing structure to chaos using tools like Asana, HubSpot, CMS, and AI-powered solutions to streamline workflowsA hands-on leader who knows how to guide content publishing teams and optimize operations without compromising qualityComfortable acting as the operational bridge between digital, content, ABM, events, and campaign teamsCurious and open to experimenting with new tools and AI, always looking for smarter ways to workA proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships across teams and seniority levels, and can energize collaboration through clear, confident, and empathetic communicationConfident in English by showing upper-Intermediate+ level, capable of explaining workflows, report progress, and collaborate across global teams

Lead our Digital Content Marketing team, helping them publish articles, infographics, brochures, event pages, and nurturing emails faster and smarterUse a modern toolkit (CMS, HubSpot, Asana, analytics) to automate tasks, standardize processes, and improve cross-team collaborationWork closely with strategists, campaign managers, and creatives to ensure global campaigns are aligned and delivered on timeParticipate in weekly and quarterly insight cycles, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvementBe valued for your ability to connect operations with marketing strategy and drive meaningful impact
