Major/Essential Functions

Provide training and instruction on the fundamentals of health care to all TTUHSC employees 

Assist in creating and implementing various system tools

Provide training and development to new and existing TTUHSC employees 

Understand and perform a variety of health insurance functions (training/re-educating)

Navigating payor websites

Create presentations and improvement metrics from current/new software that is utilized

Testing and troubleshooting system software/applications

Create processes and workflows to help clinics flow smoothly and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or at least five years of health care experienceExperience working with software Cerner, IDX

Occasional Duties
